Our Quality
At Radar Manufacturing, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality injection molded parts and prototypes. The quality control process starts at the quotastion stage where we review your parts and conduct preliminary design for manufacture analysis. Once the project starts a comprehensive DFM and tool design process is followed and we then conduct regular checks during the manufacturing to ensure the final products are to spec. T1 samples will be shipped to you for confirmation along with FAI. Production parts are also checked against specifications before shipping.
